Moisture and gas are released as the resin melts. There were limits to removing moisture with the conventional pre-drying method. This led us to the idea of removing moisture and gas immediately before injection.

We needed to create pores in the metal that would allow gas and moisture to escape while preventing resin from passing through. Additionally, after years of effort to develop a product that could withstand high temperatures of 240°C to 480°C for 24 hours, VisionNozzle was successfully created.
