There are limits to removing moisture and gas released as resin melts through pre-drying methods. Therefore, VisionNozzle removes moisture and gas immediately prior to injection.

To achieve this, we created pores in the metal that allow gas and moisture to escape while blocking the resin, and designed it to withstand high temperatures of 240°C to 480°C for 24 hours.
